We need to recognize the everyday heroes around us. People who sacrifice so that their family can have a better life. People who give of themselves to others like the many front line health workers dealing with sick COVID patients. Parents nursing terminally ill children. Parents working two jobs just to make ends meet. They are heroes.

And those who die in service to our country that we may live in the land of freedom. They and their families are heroes.
