This is an excellent process! However, all of these things should have been done before a solution was built, as you point out. Sadly, changemakers have to take on the work that problem solvers should have done. One reason Steve Jobs was successful at rebuilding Apple was because he pushed his whole team to think this way - from the customer's vantage point. Changemakers should push back and teach the problem solvers how to look at things differently.
