Thanks for sharing Akarsh. You article explains one of the root causes of ineffective meetings - a lack of diversity in the meeting attendees. Meeting hosts need to think about that when they are putting the list of meeting attendees together. Too often, I see ZERO thought being given to creating diversity in teams.
