Reminder: Criticism Is A Reflection Of Success

Everything seems to be going well. You are looking at your results and feeling some measure of success. Then it happens. THAT person shows up with a comment, something to say, that makes you doubt it all. That person is THE CRITIC.

One of my favorite stories from one of my favorite people is Brene Brown's story about how she encountered the criticism that came along with her success.

This brings me to the point of this article I am writing on a “SuperSoul Sunday.”

These people, these critics, show up whenever you show up to do your work. They don’t care if you are qualified, experienced, or passionate about what it is you do. They mission in life is to make you feel small and forget why you ever bothered to show up in the first place.
