Life Lesson #1: Life is not fair. Embracing this fact allows you to move past making excuses. Whatever you do, advantages or not, will take hard work and sacrifice. Most people don’t want to have to work hard or sacrifice to succeed. That is the main problem. Don’t expect that you will succeed if your main activities consist of hanging out with friends, playing video games, and mindlessly browsing your phone. That is unless you were born into an ultra rich family that will take care of you. That doesn’t apply to 99.9% of us. So, hard work it is. We seem to be losing the concept of “work ethic.”
