I wouldn't be so hard on Jimbo. Who put him in charge? And why did they choose him? Too often, leaders in corporate America promote people to leadership positions because they do excellent work. And then, after promoting them, no training is provided to help them learn the skills they need to be successful. "Sink or swim." And just like Jimbo, a lot of them sink.
