I have regular 1:1 meetings with my direct reports. When multiple people show up, they work out who goes first based on agreed importance level. Sometimes they stay on and wait. If they need a private meeting, I message them when the virtual room is empty and lock the room so no one can enter when they join (Microsoft Teams). Sometimes, I run out of time and we schedule a one-off meeting.
