Great practical tips. I especially like the term "junk media." There is a lot of that kind of media out there. I tell people to be careful of what they click on, like, share, and comment on. Algorithms are designed to show you more of what it appears you are interested in. So if you are seeing a lot of "junk" in your feeds, well you might be the source of your own problem.
