Dear Entrepreneurs,

Please stop shaming system workers. I understand your passion for your own expression of freedom. But someone has to maintain all of those systems that create the stability to enjoy your best life. Who will run the airlines that you freely use to travel? Who will ensure that the food you eat is safe for human consumption? Who will farm the lands to produce that food you freely enjoy? Who will produce the power you use to boot up that computer? Who will take care of you when you become ill? Well, it is the people who decided that living a life of "freedom" meant contributing to a system that helps others. So while you are celebrating your life of freedom, don’t forget those people who are paying the price that you may have it.

I am cheering for everyone: the entrepreneurs, the intrapreneurs, and the workers in the systems that support us all. Bravo!
