Bravo! These are great tips. However, I wonder about the people who compliment "great meeting." I have found that talkers, rather than silent thinkers, absolutely love these type of meetings. I suspect that silent thinkers are opting out of your meetings which creates a bias in your feedback loop. I suspect that the people who love to talk and think out loud are the most excited about attending your type of meetings. I wonder if your culture has created an affinity for extraverted talkers. And I wonder if the things that get done are the right things to get done. Keep sharing what you are learning.
