Bravo! I would also say you need to add in brainwriting to combine ideas rather than selecting individual ideas that were originally generated. Selecting the initially generated ideas sets up a context of competition among the meeting participants. Brainwriting - where you pass ideas around and allow others to add to them - creates a context of group participation. It becomes "our idea" and is no longer "my idea."
